Ethics at Work (EaW) Index
The Ethics at Work Index is an indicator of employees' perceptions of the culture of their workplace and how they vary from country to country. It focuses in particular on their views of the following aspects of organisational culture:
- Ability of line managers to set a good example of ethical business behaviour
- Ability of organisations to act responsibly in all their business dealings (with customers, clients, suppliers, etc.)
- Ability of senior management to take ethics seriously
- Ability of organisations to hold people accountable when they break ethical rules.
