Whilst ethical challenges and risks may be consistent across generations, many businesses are reporting that young people are more likely to report ethical concerns about colleagues and ways of working, have different expectations of managers and leaders, and use different communications channels.
This webinar brought together experts across generations to compare notes on how we effectively engage young people in ethics and build an ethical business culture that includes all generations at work. It also reflected on the latest findings relating to young people from our annual survey Attitudes of the British Public to Business Ethics 2023 | Institute of Business Ethics - IBE.
Please note that our webinar panellists' views and opinions do not necessarily reflect those of the Institute of Business Ethics.
