Events

The IBE’s mission is to promote high standards of business behaviour based on ethical values and our networking events provide you with a chance to hear the latest about current issues while sharing best practice amongst peers.

The IBE provides a neutral, safe forum for ethics and compliance practitioners to discuss topical ethical issues.

IBE events are aimed at business executives responsible for making decisions that affect corporate ethical behaviour, although anyone with an interest in the topic is welcome to attend.

All events are free to attend unless stated otherwise.

Business Ethics Network (BEN) meetings:
What are they?
BEN meetings provide a confidential forum for the sharing of both good practice and any challenges faced in implementing an
effective ethics programme. BEN members also contribute significantly to the IBE’s work programme by informing and influencing our priorities for future discussions and research.
Who are they for?
These meetings are open to those responsible for the ethics and compliance programmes among IBE’s corporate subscribers.
Why attend?
It is a unique opportunity to discuss with your peers the challenges, issues and successes of embedding ethical values within your organisation.

BEN: Held quarterly in London. Open to larger corporate subscribers only (200+ employees).

Chatham House Rule

To  encourage frank discussion amongst participants and the open sharing of ideas and experiences, all IBE events take place under the Chatham House Rule.
This means that participants are free to use the information received but neither the identity nor affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
Members of the press are welcome at IBE open events by arrangement but we ask that the Chatham House Rule is respected.
