Where does ethics fit in?
The governance of ethics in organisations is a key and growing topic, and there’s no one set way of setting up for success. IBE research suggests that responsibility for ethics can sit in a dedicated function, sit within another function, or even be dispersed across the entire organisation. A plethora of possibilities exist, each playing out differently in their specific organisational context. How can we make sense of this?
