Future leaders - join us for an evening to celebrate the launch of the Institute of Business Ethics Future Leaders Network. We will be joined by Jasmine Whitbread, Chair of Travis Perkins, for a short address about ethical leadership and the importance of hearing the voice of future leaders in an organisation.

Ethical leadership is enabling your team to make good decisions and aligns with the values of your organisation in every aspect of their work. Ethical leaders - from CEO to line manager - have an essential role to play in acting as role models within an organisation, inspiring colleagues to live up to high ethical standards.

Led by a steering group of future leaders, the IBE's Future Leaders Network aims to supercharge the IBE's purpose - to champion the highest standards of ethical behaviour in business - by harnessing the imagination, creativity and ambition of young leaders. We will do this by:

  • Building a network of future leaders who learn, reflect and lead
  • Research and insights to enable business to hear the hopes and expectations of future leaders
  • Cross-organisational networking.

All future leaders are welcome – you will be in the early stages of your career and you may be part of a shadow board, a next generation group or a future leaders programme within your organisation.

Following Jasmine's address, please stay to enjoy drinks, nibbles and networking.
