Developing an ethics programme on-demand training
Free to corporate supporters, this online, on-demand training course is essential for those who wish to know how to operate an effective business ethics programme. We help you to understand the key building blocks: a well-designed code of ethics, a trusted speak up facility and effective training and communications - combined with an ability to assess the programme's effectiveness and progress.
Drawing on IBE's research and experience, we will give you plenty of ideas and practical tips. The course is designed to be interactive, we will provide plenty of opportunities for you to discuss and share ideas with your peers.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Design or update your code of ethics and improve its effectiveness
- Strengthen your internal communication strategy around ethics
- Understand how to encourage people to speak up about their ethical concerns
- Understand the different training options available to your organisation and how to design effective training scenarios

How will this course work online?
On-demand training: you can work through our course materials in your own time via the restricted area of our website. You will have round-the-clock access to the content, and you can learn on the go with mobile access if you wish. Each module includes videos, assignments and group discussions to be completed.
We have also set up a secure online group for all participants to support the on-demand content. This group allows you to submit your assignment responses, review other responses and engage with your fellow participants.
