The Ethics Study 2021, conducted by Principia Advisory in partnership with the IBE, is the most extensive study of ethics in business ever conducted.
In this webinar, Principia’s Rob Hayward, who led the research, shared the headline findings of the Ethics Study, the reasons that CEOs are more committed than ever before to integrating ethics into business, and explored the capabilities that leaders believe will be essential to success in the coming decade.
The session, chaired by IBE Chair David Grayson, included a deep dive on one of the critical capabilities identified in the Study: the ability to shape, measure and track an inclusive ethical culture that creates an opportunity for all and enables people to do the right thing, every day.
