Employees’ views are a key indicator of the ethical temperature in every organisation, and many organisations use employee surveys to try and understand their culture. Are employees prepared to speak up when they become aware of misconduct? Do they feel under any pressure to compromise their organisation's stated core ethical values? To find out more, the Institute of Business Ethics has conducted its triennial survey into employees’ views of ethics at work, which this year covers employees in 13 countries around the world.

On Thursday 04 November for our webinar, we unveiled the results of this year’s survey. To help us put the data into context and translate them into practical, actionable insights for organisations to improve their ethical culture and strengthen their E&C programme, we were joined by an expert panel of senior Ethics and Compliance practitioners: Roz Bliss (Business Conduct Advisor at Northrop Grumman), Paul Hockley (Group Ethics and Compliance Officer at Mott MacDonald) and Shaun Teichner (General Counsel at Glencore). The event was moderated by Guendalina Dondé, IBE’s Head of Research.
