Kirk O. Hanson is one of the pioneers in the study and practice of business ethics. He taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business for twenty-three years and advised more than one hundred companies on managing ethics and incidents of misconduct. He recently stepped down as Professor and executive director of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Kirk was drawing on his latest book: “Rotten: Why Corporate Misconduct Continues and What to Do about It” co-authored with Marc Epstein who has been a professor at prominent business schools including Stanford, Harvard, and INSEAD.

Kirk was joined on the webinar by IBE board member Loree Gourley, UK Regulatory and Public Policy Director at EY.
