About the Hugh Kay Lecture
What is the Hugh Kay Lecture?
The Hugh Kay lecture was established in 1991 in memory of CABE's first Director, broadcaster and journalist Hugh Kay. Hugh Kay was an integral part of the founding of the IBE as a fund within CABE. Sadly CABE, in its 80th year, was wound up so it was appropriate that the IBE as its offshoot should take over the mantle of this event.
Many leaders in business and public life have given the lecture over the years including Sir Stuart Hampson, Sir Mark Moody-Stuart, Lord (Stephen) Green and Sir Tim Melville-Ross.
