The focus on culture has been a significant feature of the reaction and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, accelerating some trends that have been underway since the financial crisis. Many business leaders have pointed out that the key to successfully manage a situation of crisis, such as the pandemic, lies in bringing back the focus on the ethical culture of the organisation. But what does this mean in practice?

In this webinar we were joined by an expert panel: Deborah Allen (Group Director Governance, Conduct & Sustainability at BAE ystems), Roger Farley (Colleague Strategy & Insight | Colleague Experience & HR Transformation | HR at NatWest) and Daniel Beunza (Associate Professor of Management at Bayes Business School, City, University of London).

Moderated by Guen, Dondé, IBE's Head of Research, the panellists shed some light on some of the most common issues that organisations face when they approach their culture strategy and provided practical support to practitioners to progress on their organisation’s journey.
