Teaching Methods and Techniques: Debates and seminars


Virtue is a key approach in teaching business ethics. A virtue is a point of balance between two extremes, between meanness and extravagance for example. The ethical dilemmas that are the subject of business ethics often require such a golden mean to be found. Debate and discussion are a useful means of helping students arrive at such a point.
