Scandals continue to hit the business world
and society has higher and higher expectations of business.
This makes business ethics an increasingly important issue
for organisations of all sizes. The IBE Student Essay Competition
is now in its fourth year and aims to encourage the subject
of Business Ethics in UK Business Schools and similar teaching
departments. This is run in association with the UK branch
of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN), a network
of academics teaching business ethics.
The winner of the £500 postgraduate

Metropolitan University Business SChool for her essay entitled
