offices, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, EC2 at 3pm. Lord MacGregor of
Pulham Market, a non-executive director of Friends Provident, F&C's parent
company, and former member of the Committee for Standards in Public Life (CSPL),
introduced the publication. He discussed the importance of the topic, drawing
on his experiences as a former cabinet minister and member of the CSPL. David
Lascelles then described the main features of the publication followed by Karina
Litvack of F&C Asset Management who outlined a view from the investment community.
There was then an opportunity to ask questions and participate in a lively and
open discussion on this topical and controversial subject.
