Looking to research codes of ethics for selected companies or industries? A website by the Illinois Institute of Technologys Center for the Study of Ethics in the Professions can help. It comprises a vast database that lets you check out the following: (1) over 850 codes of ethics gleaned from various professional societies, specific corporations, governmental agencies and academic institutions; (2) an introduction to the codes; (3) a literature review; (4) a user guide; and (5) an index to the codes of ethics organised by industry; and (6) two guides for developing and using codes of ethics in organisations. Entries of codes include the name of the organisation, the date the code was verified, the website address of the code, and the full text of the code.
