Course 2: Developing an Effective Ethics Programme

How do organisations foster a culture based on ethical values?
What makes an effective ethics code and programme of ethics?

This course gives participants an understanding of:
  • How to embed ethical standards into the day to day working of an organisation
  • The governance of ethics programmes
  • The limitations of a code of ethics
  • The key content and possible formats for a code 
  • The essential elements of an effective corporate ethics programme

The programme is designed for:
  • those asked to produce or revise a business ethics policy
  • ethics practitioners responsible for implementing a business ethics programme
  • other professionals interested in strengthening aspects of non-financial performance in their organisation
