This course gives participants an understanding of:
- How to embed ethical standards into the day to day working of an organisation
- The governance of ethics programmes
- Best practice in developing or reviewing a business ethics policy
- The limitations of a code of ethics
- Using the IBE Illustrative Code of Business Ethics
- The key content and optimal format for a code
- The elements of an effective corporate ethics programme
The programme is designed for:
- those asked to produce or revise a business ethics policy
- ethics practitioners responsible for implementing a business ethics programme
- other professionals interested in strengthening aspects of non-financial performance in their organisation
The course will be particularly useful to practitioners who have completed IBE’s Course I: Understanding Business Ethics.
