The IBE is managed day to day by the Director
who reports to the Chairman of the Trustees.
The Trustees meet quarterly. The Patrons
and Advisory Council are invited to attend
semi-annual meetings. They also receive copies of the Trustees'
meeting minutes and the IBE's events programmes and publications.
The governance of the IBE is through the Trustees, who are responsible
under Charity Law. They take advice from the Advisory Council as
to issues the IBE should address.
